1. Eligibility

First Drawz competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Robert Craig Promotions Ltd trading as First Drawz, their immediate family members, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

By entering any competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Enter (Paid Route)

Paid entries may be purchased via our website at firstdrawz.com. Tickets are priced individually as stated on each raffle listing and are paid for using GBP (£) via our secure payment provider, Stripe.

Each competition will clearly state:

• The prize on offer
• The price per ticket
• The maximum number of tickets available
• The draw date or the condition triggering the draw (e.g. sellout)
• Whether Instant Win prizes are available
• A free entry route (see below)

There is no limit on the number of tickets a single entrant may purchase unless otherwise stated. Purchasing more tickets increases your statistical chance of winning but does not guarantee a win.

4. Ticket Allocation

No duplicate numbers are issued for any raffle or competition. Ticket numbers are assigned automatically at the moment of purchase (or upon receipt of a valid postal entry).

Your assigned ticket numbers will be:

• Displayed immediately on screen after purchase
• Sent to your registered email address
• Visible in your account dashboard under "My Tickets"

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued, except in the event that a competition is cancelled by First Drawz (see Section 12).

5. Instant Win Prizes

Some raffles offer Instant Win prizes. Where enabled, Instant Win ticket numbers are allocated before ticket sales commence and cannot be altered once the competition goes live as Instant Win tickets before the draw. If your purchased ticket is one of these numbers, you win that Instant Win prize immediately — regardless of the main draw outcome.

Instant Win prizes:

• Are credited to your First Drawz account balance immediately
• Do not affect your entry into the main draw — your ticket remains valid
• Are subject to identity verification before withdrawal
• Cannot be exchanged for alternatives

6. The Draw

Draws are conducted randomly using our digital draw system. The draw takes place either on the stated draw date or when all tickets for that raffle have been sold — whichever comes first.

If a raffle does not sell out and the draw date is reached, the draw proceeds with all tickets sold to that point. First Drawz reserves the right to extend a draw date by up to 14 days if fewer than 50% of tickets have been sold. A draw may only be extended once. All existing entrants will be notified by email of any extension.

Draw results are published on the First Drawz website and winners are notified by email within 2-48 hours of the draw.

7. Prizes & Claims

Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of being notified. Where a prize remains unclaimed after 28 days despite reasonable efforts to contact the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Winners are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize.

• Cash prizes are paid to your verified First Drawz account balance and may be withdrawn to your bank account
• Physical prizes (e.g. cars, watches, electronics) will be delivered or arranged for collection within 30 days of verification
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, except where cash is the stated prize
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and address before a prize is released

8. Payments & Withdrawals

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. First Drawz does not store or have access to your card details. Deposits are reflected in your account balance immediately upon payment confirmation.

Withdrawals to your UK bank account are processed within 2-48 hours. A minimum withdrawal amount of £5.00 applies. We may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals in line with UK financial regulations.

Robert Craig Promotions Ltd T/A First Drawz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Fair Use & Responsible Play

We encourage all participants to participate responsibly. If you feel that your participation in competitions causing concern are becoming problematic, please visit BeGambleAware.org for free, confidential support.

First Drawz may suspend or close accounts if it suspects abuse, bulk entry fraud, use of bots, or any other form of manipulation.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

First name and county of major prize winners may be made available upon request, unless a winner objects or disclosure would be unlawful. By entering, winners agree that such limited details may be shared in this way.

11. Promotional Credits

From time to time, Robert Craig Promotions Ltd T/A First Drawz may issue promotional credits to accounts, including but not limited to deposit match promotions, sign-up credits, or goodwill credits.

• Promotional credits are non-withdrawable and may only be used to enter competitions on First Drawz.
• Promotional credits expire 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• First Drawz reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• Any winnings generated from competition entries purchased using promotional credits are real and fully withdrawable.

12. Limitation of Liability

Robert Craig Promotions Ltd trading as First Drawz's liability to any entrant in connection with a competition shall not exceed the value of the ticket(s) purchased by that entrant for that competition.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by technical issues, postal delays, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

12. General

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Robert Craig Promotions Ltd trading as First Drawz reserves the right to cancel or modify any competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, all paid entry fees for that competition will be refunded in full.

The Promoter's decision regarding the conduct of the competition is final, subject to applicable law.

14. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that:

• contain false information;
• breach these Terms;
• involve automated entry methods;
• are suspected of fraud or abuse.

Robert Craig Promotions Ltd trading as First Drawz is registered in England & Wales. Each competition includes a free postal entry route that is available on equal terms to paid entry routes.
